Six disciplines, one workshop floor
A car is stripped, rebuilt, trimmed and painted in the same building by the same people. That is the whole argument for the place: nothing is sent out, and nothing is described to you second-hand.
Waiting list
The workshop takes a limited number of cars at a time. Lead times below are typical and are confirmed before a car is booked in.

Mechanical restoration
12–20 weeks
Chassis strip-down, suspension and steering rebuild, brake hydraulics, fuel and cooling systems — documented stage by stage with photographs and measurements.

Engine & driveline rebuilds
8–16 weeks
Full engine teardown, machining, balancing and reassembly, plus gearbox, overdrive and rear-axle rebuilds on a dedicated bench.
- 03
Interior & trim
4–10 weeks
Hide and cloth work, seat frames, headlinings, carpets, wood and chrome brightwork — patterns taken from the car, never from a catalogue.
- 04
Paint & body correction
6–14 weeks
Panel fit and lead-loading, bare-metal preparation, period-correct colour matching and hand flatting in a low-bake booth.

Pre-purchase inspection
from $650
A 180-point inspection with lift time, compression and leak-down numbers, a photo set and a written opinion on value.
- 06
Long-term storage & maintenance
from $190 / month
Climate-controlled bays, battery conditioning, monthly exercise runs, fluid checks and an annual service log for every car in our care.
How an order runs
Five stages, and a price before each one
- 01
Enquiry
A call or a letter describing the car, its history and what you want from it. We answer with questions, not a quote.
- 02
Inspection
The car comes to the atelier. We photograph, measure and compress — then send a written condition report.
- 03
Scope
A fixed scope with stages, hours and parts, priced before a single bolt moves. Changes are quoted separately.
- 04
Work
Bench work in numbered stages, with photographs at every stage and a standing weekly update.
- 05
Handover
Road testing, a final inspection sheet and a bound file with every part number and measurement we recorded.
What we do not do
- We do not start work without an approved scope and a price.
- We do not fit pattern parts where a period part can be repaired.
- We do not describe a car as original without the file to prove it.
- We do not take a car we cannot finish inside a year.
Storage, transport between stages and consumables are invoiced at cost. Everything else is quoted as hours and parts before the car moves.
